Can Toni Blay, Formentera

Can Toni Blay is a former renovated traditional farmhouse that has been updated over the years since the current owner’s grandfather bought the property back in 1956.

The property consists of a 50,000 square meter land located in the area of Es Caló and is in close proximity to some of the best beaches in Formentera.
The property comprises three separate houses, each accommodating different numbers of guests. All of them offer amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a safe, private parking, and a fully equipped kitchen. And as for the origin of their names, each house is named after the wind it faces.

Casa Migjorn:
In honor of the southern wind, this is the largest house in Can Toni Blay, spanning 252 square meters. It features 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Casa Tramontana:
Being the first to feel the northern wind, this is the mid-sized house of Can Toni Blay, measuring 96 square meters. Although it has 2 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people.

Casa Llevant:
Named after the eastern wind, this is the smallest of all houses, with an area of 89 square meters. It has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Each of the houses has its own private outdoor area with wooden porches and bougainvillea flowers, providing a perfect space for breakfast, lunch, or simply relaxing before or after visiting the magnificent beaches surrounding the rental houses of Can Toni Blay in Formentera.

At the same time, the three houses of Can Toni Blay share a common courtyard where a hundred-year-old olive tree provides shade and shelter, creating a summer village square atmosphere in Formentera.
The management of the houses, as well as reservations, is taken care of by the owners, Jorge and Begoña, who have extensive knowledge of Formentera and are always attentive to the needs of their guests.

The houses of Can Toni Blay are practically equidistant from the beaches in the Migjorn area and the beaches in the Es Caló area. In just a 5-minute walk, you can choose between bathing in Ses Platgetes or any of the sandy and rocky coves along the Es Carnatge coastline. Alternatively, you can head in the opposite direction to reach Migjorn Beach and decide where you prefer to take a dip… Es Arenals, Vogamarí, or Es Codol Foradat.

The beaches of the Natural Park and Cala Saona are a 15-minute drive or motorcycle ride away.
